Slider

Drag the thumb to change a variable; dual track, vertical, step images.

Pick the slider tool, then click once on the canvas (do not drag a box). The app applies default track/thumb images.

Required steps

1. Bind a numeric variable in properties (the first dropdown item None means unbound).
2. Swap track 1, track 2 (dual track), and the thumb if you need custom art.
3. Refresh associations: tick same-page soft/embedded text, a set of step images, or step overlay labels.

Unbound sliders still drag in effect demo using the preview value 0–100. Bound sliders write the simulated variable.

For a twist-around-center knob (volume, heading), use sector touch and angle variable, not a slider.

Dragging outside the slider releases it so you do not start a full-page flick by accident.
